Perth council accused of not acting quickly to close flood gates

Some of those affected say they've been angered by the council's response

Perth and Kinross Council says it was unable to safely close floodgates last weekend due to the timing of an alert from SEPA.

The local authority has been accused of failing to act quickly enough – after heavy downpours flooded homes and businesses.
