Pavement parking fines come into force in Perth and Kinross

From Monday, people can face penalties of up to £100.

Residents in Perth and Kinross now face the prospect of being fined up to £100 for parking on the pavement.

Enforcement of a national ban across Scotland began in the area on Monday.
