Party leaders make pitch to voters ahead of Holyrood elections

Voters will head to the polls in just over four months.

With just over four months until the Holyrood election, Scotland’s political leaders have been making their pitch to voters.

The First Minister set out his target of winning an overall majority in May, which he claims should lead to a second independence referendum.

Lagging in the polls, Labour warned not to underestimate the party’s chances, while the Conservatives promised to tackle the cost of living crisis.
