The partner of Sheku Bayoh has told the inquiry into his death of her anger and disgust at the “straight up lies” she claims she was given by police.
Collette Bell said she was informed Mr Bayoh had been found dead in the street and has described how a senior officer shrugged his shoulders when she later accused police of “battering him to death”.
