The elderly parents of murder victim Jessie Earl fear they’ll never know what happened to their daughter after the death of the serial killer Peter Tobin.
Jessie Earl was found dead 9 years after she disappeared from her home on the south coast of England four decades ago.
Her parents believe police at the time failed to investigate properly and missed opportunities to find her killer.
A legal team working with the family believe Tobin was the most likely suspect.
