Paintings of Henry Raeburn go on display 200 years since death

Henry Raeburn who was born in Stockbridge in 1756 is most famous for his portrait paintings

An exhibition marking the 200th anniversary of the death of one of Scotland’s greatest artists has opened to the public.

Now a number of them are on display held at The National Trust for Scotland’s Georgian House in the capital.
