Over 90% of Aberdonians against LEZ, says survey

Business leaders say it'll impact trade but the city council says it'll improve air quality

More than 90% of people in Aberdeen are opposed to the new Low Emission Zone in the city centre – according to a new survey.

The restrictions will see much of the city centre closed off to older cars – as Aberdeen joins Edinburgh and Dundee in enforcing the rules at the start of June.
