Known as ‘Little Norway’, the town of Buckie gave refuge to hundreds of Scandinavians after their country was taken over by the Nazis during the Second World War. Many returned to fight for their homeland’s freedom.

Now a group of Norwegian sailors have undertaken a special voyage to mark the 80th anniversary of the occupation and the friendships forged across the North Sea.
