North Sea operators are falling behind in their decommissioning targets, according to a new report.

Offshore Energies UK says political and fiscal uncertainty is to blame, with companies cautious about undertaking large-scale projects.

But the trade body claims there’s yet to be any substantial evidence of companies ending production in the North Sea.
