Police investigating the murder of a retired groundsman, shot while walking his dog on the outskirts of a Perthshire town, have admitted, two months on, they have no suspect or motive for the killing.
The detective leading the investigation into Brian Low’s death says she is confident they will solve the case – and that the answer lies in the local community.
