‘No guarantee’ teen who killed bus driver will have free travel pass removed

Bus driver Keith Rollinson died after being attacked by a 15-year-old in Elgin.

The Scottish Government has refused to guarantee that a teenager, who killed a bus driver, will lose his right to a free bus pass.

MSPs are considering a change to the law which would take free passes from under-22s who are guilty of antisocial behaviour.

It follows the death of Keith Rollinson after an attack in Elgin in 2024
