Homeowners with RAAC could face ruin and moving council tenants will cost millions

There will be no extra Scottish Government funding for Aberdeen City Council to deal with housing problems in the city’s Torry area caused by the RAAC crisis.

500 homes have been found to contain the material which is considered unsafe.
