No clear resolution in sight as teachers walk out again

Unions are demanding a 10% pay increase, the current offer is 5%

The Scottish Government says it is difficult to see a resolution in the teachers’ pay dispute in the next few days.

Secondary staff walked out today closing schools across the country. It follows action by primary teachers yesterday.

More strikes are planned for next week.
