Nicholas Rossi, the American fugitive who faked his own death in an attempt to avoid facing rape charges, can be sent back from Scotland to the United States.
The Justice Secretary has signed an extradition order for the 36-year-old, who has consistently claimed to be someone else since he was arrested in Glasgow in December 2021.
