Patients in the NHS Lothian area are among the first in the UK to benefit from a new AI physio.
The app is used for those experiencing back pain who might otherwise have to wait more than a year for in-person care.
Designers hope the technology can be expanded to more health boards and to cover other conditions in the near future.
