The chief executive of NHS Grampian says he is confident the health board will meet its savings target, as it continues to face a growing overspend.
It was revealed earlier this week that the health board had overspent by £17m in the first three months of the financial year and was on course to spend £10m more than set out in its recovery plan.
The Scottish Government has been urged to step in and provide more support.
