Nearly 30 flood alerts are in force tonight as river levels rise with more rain forecast for the coming days.
Roads into some communities are closed, and ferry and rail services remain disrupted.
Angus Council say they’ll do everything they can to avoid a repeat of the damage caused by Storm Babet.
Community groups are also out in force to help those at risk of flooding.
