Mum holds festival to celebrate young daughter who died

The mother of a Dundee girl who died in a Perthshire waterfall accident says she wants her daughter’s memory to help other families.

A festival – organised by her mum Brooke – will take place this weekend to celebrate what would have been her 11th birthday.
