The mum of a baby who received four blood transfusions after being born prematurely is calling on more people to give the gift of life this Christmas by donating blood.
Nicole Hollick, from Dunfermline, says if it hadn’t been for donors, she’s not sure if her daughter would have survived.
Fewer than 2% of people in Scotland are currently donating, a drop of 24% in the last ten years.
