Multi-billion A9 dualling project to miss 2025 deadline

It's led to accusations communities in Perthshire are being fed 'empty words'

The Scottish Government’s conceded the multi-billion pound dualling of the A9 will miss its 2025 deadline.

The Transport Minister told Parliament the cost of the latest phase of the work is “significantly higher than expected.”
