MSPs prepare to vote on assisted dying legislation

Tomorrow's vote will be the third time Holyrood has had its say on assisted dying.

In about 24 hours, MSPs will vote on one of the most sensitive questions they’ll ever face should terminally ill adults be given the right to end their lives when they want?

Those in favour have argued that new legislation would provide dignity in dying, those opposed say the bill would put some of the most vulnerable in society at risk of exploitation or worse.
