MSPs have approved the Scottish Government’s tax and spending plans for the coming year.
In just the last few minutes, they voted for the Budget, with only the Conservatives rejecting it while Labour abstained.
Ministers say the £63bn plans will deliver a record settlement for the NHS and councils and end the two-child benefit cap.
