A mother whose repeated pleas for a rehab place were rejected is urging MSPs to get behind a proposed law which would ensure those at “death’s door” from addiction can access the treatment they need.
If passed, the legislation would give anyone diagnosed with drug or alcohol dependency the right to residential rehabilitation within weeks.
