A mother from Aberdeen has lodged a complaint against NHS Grampian after suffering a potentially fatal ectopic pregnancy.
She says she was assured by NHS staff that she was not bleeding internally.
But half a litre of blood was discovered in her stomach during surgery and her fallopian tube had ruptured.
