Mesh-injured women believe the Scottish Government is still failing them, as new figures reveal that less than half of the women referred to the specialist service in Glasgow have had surgery.

Nancy Honeyball from Dunoon travelled to the U.S to have her mesh removed last year, but says she’s had no follow-up appointments or aftercare since returning to Scotland — and was originally told she’d need to wait 92 weeks for further treatment.
