In Aberdeen, alone, 1 in 3 adults are diagnosed with a mental health condition every year

A charity in the North East is encouraging men to speak up about their mental health struggles as demand for services rise.

Men United encourages people to be open about their problems and offers help to tackle the stigma often associated with mental health.
