Matheson to be fined and suspended for £11,000 iPad bill

Matheson ran up the data roaming bill while on holiday in Morocco.

Michael Matheson is set to be fined almost two months wages and suspended from the Scottish Parliament for more than a month after he ran up an £11,000 bill on his iPad while on holiday.

The Falkirk West MSP says the ruling is excessive and unfair. But Scottish Conservatives, Labour and the Lib-Dems say he should quit as an MSP.
