Maternity services could be restored in Moray by 2026

NHS Grampian's expected to discuss the proposals in further detail tomorrow

Maternity services at Dr Gray’s hospital in Elgin, could be fully restored by the end 2026 according to proposals set out by NHS Grampian.

Campaigners say they’re cautiously optimistic, but want to see more detail on how the plan will be enacted.

Maternity services at the hospital were downgraded four years ago, forcing some mothers to travel to Aberdeen to give birth.
