A man has gone on trial charged with murdering a woman and disposing of her body nearly 19 years ago.
The 51-year-old has pled not guilty of a total of 46 charges, against 27 other women, 3 men and a teenage boy.
These include 11 allegations of rape, a number of sexual assaults and abduction.
