A man has admitted killing a woman and her daughter before burying them under the floor of his home in Dundee.
But Andrew Innes denies murdering Bennylyn Burke and her two-year-old daughter Jellica, claiming diminished responsibility.
The 52-year-old has gone on trial at the High Court in Edinburgh – jurors heard he met Bennylyn online in February 2021.
The bodies were found the following month.
