Mystery surrounding the illegal release of two lynx in the Highlands has increased after two more of the animals were spotted in the area on Friday morning.
Two of the animals were captured near Kingussie yesterday and are now in quarantine at Edinburgh Zoo.
This morning Police Scotland released a statement saying they had received reports of another pair in the same area.
