Life-saving heart surgery is proving no obstacle to a Aberdeenshire long-distance runner’s success.
Despite undergoing a major operation, within months, the 44 year old was back winning extreme, ultra-distance running events and says it’s given him not just a physical boost, but a psychological one too.
