Locals call on council to deal with ‘rat breeding ground’

Glasgow has the highest number of reports of fly-tipping in Scotland.

Glasgow’s Kinning Park area is experiencing a fly-tipping problem, and locals say it’s a breeding ground for rats.

Workers in the surrounding area say its current state is the worst it has ever been and are urging the council to clean up the mess.

But the local authority has said it’s not their responsibility.
