An historic township in Argyll is facing permanent closure with Scots around the world being urged to help save it.
Auchindrain village, near Inveraray, is the last surviving example of a Highlands farm township.
For the last six decades it has been run as an open-air museum, but Historic Environment Scotland will withdraw funding at the end of this month.
