Just two health boards in Scotland prescribing weight-loss jabs

Weight loss drugs like Ozempic and Mounjaro have dominated the news for months now, but campaigners warn those who need them most may be in danger of missing out because of where they live.

STV News has learned just two health boards in Scotland are prescribing the medications – while around 300,000 people across the country are accessing them privately.

One woman says she was forced to stop taking the jabs when the price sky rocketed in September.
