Scotland’s National Clinical Director has denied giving the current First Minister a work around to dodge rules during the Covid pandemic.
In a WhatsApp exchange Professor Jason Leitch told Humza Yousaf to “have a drink in his hands at all times” at an event to avoid falling foul of restrictions.
On the back of today’s evidence at the UK Covid Inquiry, there were calls in the Scottish Parliament for Professor Leitch to be sacked.
