Installation of a flyover at a junction in Aberdeenshire moves forward

It comes as Aberdeenshire council confirmed it's withdrawn its technical objection to the project.

The installation, of a long-awaited flyover, at the A90 Laurencekirk junction, has moved a step closer.

Aberdeenshire council, confirmed it’s withdrawn its technical objection to the project after reaching an agreement with Transport Scotland.

Campaigners have welcomed the news.
