Conditions at a hotel where an asylum seeker was shot dead after stabbing six people were “chaotic” and “extraordinary”, an inquiry has heard.
Badreddin Abdalla Adam Bosh was killed after carrying out the attack in Glasgow’s Park Inn in June 2020, where he’d been living.
