There’s been an increase in the number of assaults, attacks and racist abuse towards black and minority workers in Scotland.
One of the country’s largest trade unions has told STV News that workers are scared and seeing a rise in so-called far-right material in their workplaces.
It’s all amid heightened racial tensions and months of anti-immigration protests throughout the UK – with Falkirk and Aberdeen at the centre of the debate here.
The revelation comes on the eve of a national conference in Glasgow, seeking to combat the increase of racially motivated abuse in the workplace
