Ryan McLaughlin was a lively and loving boy, who enjoyed going to school. He was born with the rare genetic condition, Prader-Willi Syndrome, and that together with autism caused complex medical issues.

Health officials have admitted gaps in Ryan’s care should not have happened and have pledged to learn lessons.
