Households are to be given an extra four weeks to complete Scotland’s Census because of low uptake.

The original deadline for everyone to fill out the national survey was the 1st of May, but at the moment over 600,000 people still haven’t completed it… and could be in line for a £1000 fine. Lynne Rankin reports.
