A woman who was left fighting for her life after a urine infection developed into sepsis is speaking out about the dangers of the condition.

Sepsis is responsible for more than 50 thousand deaths in the UK every year – and leaves many others with devastating long-term side effects.

Experts say more research is desperately needed.
