After a week of some of the worst wintry weather the region has seen in decades, there’s hope that recovery could be on the horizon.
The First Minister defended his government’s response to amber weather alerts earlier in the week – and insists the authorities were prepared.
Hundreds of schools were closed for a fifth day, road conditions have certainly been improving today, but with more weather warnings in place for tomorrow and Sunday – we are being warned to stay vigilant.
