Homeowners locked out for two years after RAAC found

Campaigners have been protesting outside Clackmannanshire Council's offices.

Homeowners in Clackmannanshire have been locked out of their properties for nearly two years, due to the discovery of RAAC

RAAC, a lightweight concrete at risk of sudden collapse, was discovered 20 months ago in the flat block in Tillicoultry.

Residents hope Clackmannanshire Council will provide them with an interest free loan to fund repair work as soon as possible.
