Homeless charity refused exemption to emission zone rules

A charity feeding hundreds of people in Glasgow says it could be forced to stop operating due to the introduction of the city’s new low emission zone.

Homeless Project Scotland has been refused an exemption which would enable it to continue using its current van to transport food beyond next week.
