Holyrood accuses Westminster of ‘dereliction’ over failure to share RAAC information

40 schools have now been identified in Scotland as having the material known as RAAC

The Scottish Government has accused UK ministers of a dereliction of duty for failing to share crucial information over potentially dangerous concrete in public buildings.

Government ministers here described engagement with their UK counterparts as insulting after they failed to pass on detailed structural reports.

More buildings have been partially closed down as investigations continue.
