An innocent man or a fugitive who faked his own death and is facing extradition to the states? A court hearing is underway in Edinburgh to decide.
The man at the centre of the case says he is Arthur Knight and is innocent. The prosecution says he is Nicholas Rossi, wanted on rape allegations in Utah.
The court heard today from a nurse, and a doctor at the Queen Elizabeth University in Glasgow and a police officer involved in the man’s arrest there.
