Campaigners are warning “heart-breaking” cuts to health and social care services in Edinburgh are likely to be replicated across Scotland in the coming weeks, as the bodies in charge of commissioning care, attempt to balance their budgets and save tens of millions of pounds.
But there’s a stark warning that reducing services will hit the most vulnerable and cost lives.
