Gunpowder artist found industry breakthrough difficult

The artist is concerned the cost of living crisis will put people off achieving their dreams

He’s an award winning artist from Denniston who’s creations using gunpowder have attracted attention all over the world.

But while he’s a well known name in the industry, Frank To has told STV News that life as an artist hasn’t always been easy.
