Government plan released to help dwindling salmon stock

There has been a persistent fall in the country's spawning salmon numbers since 2010

In a bid to turn the tide on the species’ declining numbers, the Scottish Government have today published a plan on how they aim to improve the population.

The document details 5 priority areas which require action and how these will be addressed across the next 5 years.
